Hi, I'm Brenda... but around here everyone just calls me BB.

Faith. Pink Lipstick. A Drinky Drink. And hair that has never once done what I asked it to.

If you've spent more than five minutes with me, you've probably noticed a few things.

My hair has a personality all its own. Every morning it's basically a surprise. I only get a comb through it when it's soaking wet, so once it dries, we're all just trusting the process.

Pink lipstick is practically part of my DNA.

There's almost always a giant cup in my hand that everyone knows as my Drinky Drink.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, I'll probably say something that makes you laugh, and then five minutes later we'll be having a conversation about faith, purpose, or becoming the woman God created you to be.

That's pretty much me.

A little loud.

A little opinionated.

A little Gracefully Unhinged™️.

For years I spent way too much energy trying to fix the woman staring back at me in the mirror.

I replayed mistakes. Questioned decisions. Wondered if I'd ever be enough.

The truth is, I'm a perfectionist. I've struggled with that most of my life. I put a lot of pressure on myself, and somewhere along the way I forgot that God never asked me to be perfect.

He just asked me to be faithful.

Turns out... I'm funny.

I love bright pink.

I laugh loudly.

I occasionally say, "Don't Do It, Girl™," out loud in public.

And I'm finally learning that it's okay to take up the space God gave me.

That's the woman you're getting. No filters. No pretending. Just me.

These days you'll usually find me talking about healthy living, faith, skincare, makeup... and reminding women that we don't have to have it all figured out before we start taking care of ourselves.

I've learned that healthy living isn't about chasing perfection. It's about taking care of the body God gave us, making the best choices we can, laughing at ourselves when life gets messy, and getting back up when we fall.

I'm not here because I have all the answers. I'm here because I've lived enough life to know that sometimes the most encouraging thing we can say is, "Me too." If something I've learned can make another woman's journey a little easier, then it's worth sharing.

Everything I build starts here.

My faith isn't something I turn on for Sundays. It's woven into every part of my life.

Some days that looks like studying Scripture. Some days it looks like laughing at myself because God clearly has a sense of humor.
